Christopher Fernandez, NCARB
Founder, Principle of Architecture Design
Christopher Fernandez is the Founder and Principal of CFZDesign. He graduated with a Bachelors of Design from the University of Florida; and Masters of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. He focused his studies in Aging in Place. Prior to establishing his firm Chris worked for prominent architecture offices in Seattle, New York and Miami; where he was involved in several design projects ranging from luxury townhomes, 65-story high rise Micro Unit Tower, Mixed-use buildings with 700 units, and several Retail projects at high profile locations
Rebecca Fernandez, NCIDQ
Director of Interior Design
Rebecca is the Director of Interior Design. She studied at the University of Florida and, for the past 10 years she focused on creating sophisticated branded environments that generate value of muti-family, healthcare environments, retail and office. She gives each project individual focus and care, and holds her work to the highest standards of quality.
