This mid-century modern home sits on a 1 acre lot in Miami Shores.   This design applies a modern language to the design characteristics already set forth in the neighborhood.  Special attention was paid to the placement of mechanical systems in order to achieve the thin profile roofline featured.  The home is designed to frame the exterior views of the rare expansive land; with special attention paid to provide large indoor to outdoor spaces.
