Christopher Fernandez is the Founder and Principal of CFZ Design, a Miami-based architecture studio specializing in highly detailed residential architecture.

With over a decade of experience in South Florida, Chris has led the design and delivery of exceptional residences and renovations, guiding projects from concept through construction.

Prior to founding CFZ Design, he worked with internationally recognized architecture firms in New York, Seattle, and Miami on complex urban, mixed-use, and high-rise developments.
