Prescott Estate is a formal Mediterranean Revival residence set within view of the Atlantic, designed around the scale and craft of a bygone era of coastal building. Cast stone balustrades and a sweeping double staircase lead to an arched entry loggia, while striped canvas awnings shade tall arched windows across all three levels. A barrel-tile roof and warm stucco façade root the home firmly in its Mediterranean lineage, while mature royal palms and manicured plantings frame the approach with quiet formality.
